Unbearably Buggy: Once Great, Now Unusable
The Vaizle software was excellent until about a year ago. Now, every time I try to run reports that include Facebook, I have to reload the profiles and sync the brand's Facebook page, otherwise, it doesn't return any data. This also happens randomly with other brands. Instead of automating reporting and freeing up my team for other tasks, we have to create new reports every month as if we just started using Vaizle. This process takes four times longer than expected, wasting our valuable time and resources. Even when I contact support, and they respond within a day saying it's fixed "for that brand", the issue repeats every time I run a report. I used to love this product, but now it's unusable and we are switching to a competitor due to its rapid decline in reliability and ease of use. The software's reliability is extremely poor. It's supposed to automate the reporting process, but due to its bugs, it takes much longer than it should.

I am highly impressed with the work of the Vaizle team. Their reports are excellent and valuable for sharing with our clients, ensuring they feel well-served, even on social media. However, I wish they would include Facebook ads in their lower-tier plans. I received a response from the vendor thanking me for my positive review in January 2020.
