I love scheduling tools and Google Calendar has become very much a part of my daily life. Honestly, I would struggle without it. It is easily set up and super simple to add meetings, appointments and reminders. I can add things quickly without hassle. When I'm setting up a team huddle or a call with a client, adding participants is easy and confirming them in real-time is a flexibility I rely on for smooth and productive communications.
One part of Google Calendar I have developed a great appreciation for is the ability to manage and share multiple calendars from one account. I have many balls to juggle between the numerous projects I manage and this flexibility is priceless. I have calendars specifically laid out as work deadlines, personal errands and family commitments and these are maintained separately so that nothing is ever missed.
I have encountered the rare issue of duplicated entries, mainly with birthdays or public holidays, that tend to take up space in the calendar view if you are not careful and can lose fresh perspective on the calendar view. The mobile app is useful for the quick check when you are on the go, although like any app, its limitation is screen space, which does not always allow for a full view of my calendar at a glance.
Nonetheless, if I get past these minor frustrations, this integrates with other Google services like Gmail and Meet to help enhance productivity. Setting up video calls from calendar invites, or having flight itinerary dates pulled directly from emails, is simply a time saving function at best, and possibly even a trick of magic at least.
Overall, I am still very impressed by Google Calendar. The ease of use, ability to use manage with multiple schedules fluidly, and overall integration with other Google productivity tools far outweigh any inconvenience I have experienced. Google Calendar application has been an important tool in achieving my own balance between professional obligations and personal scheduling.

Top-notch Free Scheduling App on the Market
I've been using Google Calendar for several years now, along with other Google programs. I think it's the best free scheduling app out there, even surpassing Microsoft Outlook, which is surprising since I usually lean towards Microsoft's alternatives to Google apps. What I really appreciate about Google Calendar is its ability to sync across all my devices, ensuring I always have access to my schedule. It also integrates well with other Google software. However, one drawback is that it sometimes doesn't interact well with native calendar apps on my devices, but this issue can be easily resolved by setting Google Calendar as my default calendar app. I switched to Google Calendar simply because I prefer it.
