I find DocuSign to be extremely convenient and secure for signing offer letters and contracts. It's simple to sign a contract and send it back to recruiters. I feel safe using it as it doesn't leave a paper trail, thus protecting my information from unwanted scrutiny. Sharing documents between different signees is also made easy. The platform is user-friendly and easy to comprehend from the get-go. I value the feature that allows saving signatures for future use. However, I think the interface could benefit from a makeover and adding signatures can initially be a bit tricky. I opted for DocuSign because it was more cost-effective than other options and provided excellent support.

I have been with Motive, formerly known as Keep Trucking, and had a contract with them for 3 years. I encountered an issue when I discovered that they had deducted $5 from my account after my contract had ended. When I called to complain, they had the audacity to tell me that my contract had automatically renewed and since they had already taken the money, they could only discontinue it after another year. I've never experienced such a ridiculous response in my life, as they are essentially trying to bully me into staying with them for another year. I received no notice of this and only noticed the charge 3 days later as I had just returned from vacation. I would advise against using them.

I made the switch to Cin7 about six months ago and it's been an interesting journey. This platform is unique and has a lot of potential. It feels like it was designed with the intention of showcasing test products and orders, which is a great concept for businesses just starting out. There are numerous features that are listed, which if fully functional, could revolutionize the way businesses operate. For instance, the 2-way sync with Shopify or Amazon is a promising feature. Although it's not perfect yet, with orders shipped from Shopify not automatically syncing on the platform, I believe with a bit more development, this could be a game-changer. The tech team is responsive and always ready to tackle issues. They are committed to improving the platform and are constantly working on fixes. While there may be some hiccups in the testing process, their dedication to making the platform better is commendable. The customer service team is also quite unique. They offer both chat-based support and representatives on Slack. While they may not always be immediately available, they do get back to you, and it's refreshing to see a company trying different avenues of communication. All in all, Cin7 is a platform with a lot of potential. It's not perfect, but with a dedicated team behind it, I'm excited to see how it will evolve and improve in the future.

I've had a great experience with Uplisting so far. There were some initial challenges as I adjusted to the new software, but the support team was always available to assist. I was particularly impressed with the Zapier features for automatic workflows, which played a big role in my decision to choose Uplisting, even though I haven't used it yet. The software is reasonably priced and easy to navigate without being overwhelming. The support is excellent. The only drawback is that they don't have their own booking engine yet, unlike most other tools. However, they are working on it, so this is just a temporary issue. I find that Event Temple has significantly streamlined our process, liberating us from tedious tasks and minimizing human error, particularly during our peak season. I am convinced that there is no other CRM platform as robust and customizable as Event Temple in the Event Industry. The team is wonderful to collaborate with and extremely responsive to inquiries and requests. I cannot commend this company enough! The CRM Automation and Workflow Automation have been revolutionary for our business. The only area that needs improvement is Reporting, but I am aware that it's on Event Temple's agenda and I am confident it will be enhanced, considering how they've responded to other client requests. I am grateful for their response to my review in November 2018.

My review of Adobe Commerce is largely positive. I'm of the belief that any hurdle can be conquered, but if I didn't require the additional features, I might consider other alternatives. I value that Magento, the foundation of Adobe Commerce, is open source. This provides limitless customization with a plethora of developers and extensions at disposal. With Magento 2, the code is more regulated and scalability is easy. However, it is time-consuming. For someone who doesn't need the extra features, Magento can be a nuisance. It demands constant attention, frequently experiences performance issues, and requires regular maintenance. It's a widely utilized platform that is always susceptible to attacks, hence regular security updates are essential, which can be quite laborious. I transitioned to Adobe Commerce from Shopify because Shopify lacked many features that were crucial to me, such as multi-select layered navigation, effective filtration, and multiple warehouse management.
