I feel safe using it as it doesn't leave a paper trail, thus protecting my information from unwanted scrutiny. Sharing documents between different signees is also made easy. The platform is user-friendly and easy to comprehend from the get-go. I value the feature that allows saving signatures for future use. However, I think the interface could benefit from a makeover and adding signatures can initially be a bit tricky. I opted for DocuSign because it was more cost-effective than other options and provided excellent support.

I really appreciate the simplicity of efilecabinet. It's easy for my team and I to navigate through the program and find everything we need. I like that it alerts us to check back on files if we leave them open while working on another project. I also enjoy the scanning features which make our data entry process faster. Canto: A Lifesaver in Asset Searching and Time Management!
Canto has saved me a lot of time by eliminating the need to search for daily needed assets across departments, servers, and computers. The use of customized portfolios has allowed our end users to browse and search galleries tailored to their needs, while also protecting assets meant for internal use only. However, I would appreciate the option to copy metadata/tagging onto new assets in an album from those already in the album, as this would save time, especially with multiple custom tag options. I chose Canto because it offered customizable gallery portals and had been doing so for years. This immediately built trust, as I knew I wouldn't face any "new service" issues like with other companies who only had it in development.

Exploring RevvSales: A User's Perspective
I initially used Revv to create a one-pager for my business idea and a business plan. I found the templates very helpful and was able to complete my work easily and quickly. I liked the instant templates to customize, the ease of accessibility, and the wide range of templates for almost any use. However, I found a lack of one-click video tutorials, the platform was a bit laggy, and there was too much to start with. A detailed tutorial would have been very helpful. After my review, the vendor thanked me and informed me about their Revv-101 playlist of quick product walkthroughs and extensive product documentation. They also offered to have a conversation to help me understand the product better and invited me to contact them for any questions. They mentioned that there's live chat available on their website for instant help.
